A documented journey from contract review through aftercare

Taysir separates document review, developer policy, publication, buyer qualification, negotiation, and execution. Offers are negotiable, seller commission is zero, and no transaction payment is processed on the website.

A journey you can track

A case does not advance merely because a form is complete; every stage is tied to a clear review, approval or action.

01

Submit contract details

Create a seller account, enter unit, contract, payment and obligation details, then upload the national ID, signed contract, payment receipts, and official installment schedule.

02

Eligibility review

Review starts digitally. A Taysir office visit and original check are triggered only for a recorded reason and must finish before transferability approval and publication.

03

Check developer policy

Taysir records the developer’s current transfer policy, reference, and validity before eligibility. Taysir review does not mean final developer approval.

04

Publish a time-limited listing

After documents are complete, Taysir prepares the figures, description, and images. The seller explicitly reviews and approves the exact final version before publication; a material edit invalidates prior approval. Private seller data is never published.

05

Qualify the buyer

The buyer uploads a national ID and an undertaking to pay the agreed seller amount and continue developer installments. An office visit or extra financial evidence is risk-triggered, not universal.

06

Negotiable offers

A policy-controlled 48- or 72-hour sealed window collects offers. Every offer requires an evidenced offline reservation before comparison. After the window closes, the seller sees amount, readiness, and reliability—not identities—and chooses the suitable offer, not necessarily highest, with capped structured counters and a default 24-hour response SLA.

07

Selection and controlled refunds

The seller may issue one sealed Best & Final call. Acceptance immediately locks the price; other offers are rejected and their reservations become refund-due with immediate notices. Communication remains Taysir-mediated, and party details are released only after final acceptance plus evidenced offline buyer fee.

08

Three-party developer meeting

Taysir coordinates seller, buyer, and a Taysir representative at the developer’s office and retains the agreement copy. Attendance exceptions require an approved policy, reason, and evidence.

09

Written approval, then direct settlement

Seller settlement cannot be confirmed before written developer preliminary approval. The buyer pays the agreed amount directly to the seller offline by bank transfer, certified cheque, or another evidenced method. Taysir has no transaction wallet or online collection.

10

Transfer and closing evidence

A deal cannot close without the developer’s official transfer document, seller receipt/release, buyer confirmation, and developer registration. The buyer then continues installments directly with the developer.

11

Rejection or withdrawal

If the developer rejects, the listing is paused with the reason and previous offers can be reactivated in a controlled way. A post-acceptance withdrawal records the party, reason, timing, and any approved earnest consequence.

12

Post-completion aftercare

The team follows up on developer registration and continuing installments, can record complaints and resolutions, and collects buyer and seller ratings.
