A seller can submit and complete an eligible case without a Taysir submission fee or success percentage. Developer fees, balances and other obligations are displayed separately so they are never confused with commission.

No seller success commission
If an eligible case completes, Taysir does not deduct a percentage from the offer amount accepted by the seller and agreed by the parties.
Developer balance
Future installments or the remaining balance are not commission. They are shown separately because they typically continue as contract obligations, subject to approval.
Transfer fees
A developer or another party may charge transfer, administration or document fees. They are disclosed as separate estimates when known.
Published buyer service fees
No buyer service fee is currently approved and published. No fee becomes due unless an administrator approves a pricing band and publishes it to users.
No platform collection
Taysir does not collect purchase amounts, deposits or installments and does not hold money for buyers or sellers.
Disclosure commitment
Parties must provide accurate known figures and restrictions. Any published amount remains subject to documents and final review.
