Terms
Clear rules for using Taysir
These terms explain the service scope, party responsibilities and boundaries for offers, communication and payments. The platform does not replace independent legal advice.
Service scope
Taysir organizes, reviews and coordinates a potential exit from an installment property contract. It is not developer approval, a completion guarantee or a substitute for independent legal advice.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate, current information you are authorized to use. A case may be paused for material conflicts or misleading documents.
Offers and communication
The asking amount is a negotiation starting point, not guaranteed recovery. Offers are collected sealed, and the seller chooses the suitable—not necessarily highest—offer. There is no free party chat: responses use predefined reasons and numbers only. Sharing a phone, email, link, social handle, or arranging an off-platform agreement may suspend the account and remove Taysir protection.
Documents and verification
The seller provides ID, signed contract, receipts, and installment schedule. The buyer provides ID and an undertaking to pay the agreed amount and continue installments. Review starts digitally; a visit or extra evidence is triggered only for a recorded need.
No online payments
Taysir does not collect purchase amounts, deposits or transfer fees through the platform. Settlements and payments happen offline under documented arrangements and appropriate advice.
Fees
Taysir seller commission is zero. No buyer fee is published unless approved in writing and clearly disclosed before commitment.
Earnest, meeting and transfer
Every offer is tied to an evidenced offline reservation before seller review. Non-selected buyers' reservations become refund-due. Seller, buyer, and a Taysir representative attend the developer meeting, and the buyer pays the seller only after written preliminary approval. Completion requires the official transfer document, seller release, and buyer confirmation.
Rejection and withdrawal
If the developer rejects transfer, the listing is paused and the reason recorded. A seller or buyer withdrawal after acceptance records the party, reason, and time; no deduction or forfeiture applies except under an approved, disclosed policy tied to offline earnest.
