No. Seller commission is zero for submitting and completing an eligible case.
02Do I pay or receive money on Taysir?
Taysir does not collect online payments. Any settlement happens offline with the appropriate legal coordination.
03Can every contract be transferred?
No. Eligibility depends on the contract, payment position, developer policy and final review.
04Will buyers see my identity or contract?
No. Only a controlled property and financial summary is public; documents and personal details remain private.
